How to Practice Meditation on Twin Hearts
The Meditation on Twin Hearts takes approximately 20 minutes and follows a structured sequence. It is recommended to practice with the guided audio by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. Below is the step-by-step process.
Before You Begin - Preparation
Time
Set aside at least 20–30 minutes. Early morning or evening is ideal.
Place
Find a clean, quiet space. You may sit on a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
Attire
Wear clean, comfortable clothing. Remove shoes and socks to earth excess energy.
Food
Avoid eating a heavy meal 1–2 hours before meditation.
The Practice - Step by Step
Physical Exercises
Begin with a few minutes of physical exercises to loosen the body. This can include simple yoga poses, aerobics, tai chi, on-the-spot jogging, or any exercise from the guided audio. Physical exercise cleanses the aura and prepares the body for the meditation.
Invoke Divine Blessing
Silently or aloud, invoke your Higher Self, God, the Masters of Light and Love, and whichever Deity or Teacher you believe in. Ask for divine guidance and blessing to properly perform the meditation for the good of all.
Activate the Heart Chakra - Bless the Earth
Direct your attention to your heart chakra (the centre of your chest). Visualize it glowing with bright golden light. With the heart chakra as your instrument, bless the entire earth with love and kindness - feeling love and compassion for every person, animal and living being on earth.
Activate the Crown Chakra - Bless the Earth Again
Raise your attention to the crown chakra (top of the head). Visualize it as a brilliant, glowing lotus flower opening upward. With both the heart chakra and crown chakra, bless the entire earth with peace, love, light and power. Feel your connection with the divine and the universe.
Meditation on the Light, Love and Power
Open your crown chakra fully to receive divine blessings. Feel divine energy flowing through you. Mentally chant the mantra "Om" or "Amen", and focus intensely on the interval of silence between each recitation. It is in concentrating on the light and the stillness between mantras that illumination (samadhi) is achieved.
Release and Stabilise
After the meditation, release the excess energy by visualizing it flowing down through your feet into the earth. Thank the Supreme Being and all the Divine Teachers for the blessings received. Then perform physical exercises to ground and stabilise the energy in your body.
