VISUALISE A WHITE SCREEN IN FRONT OF YOU
JUST RELAX AND REMAIN CALM AND DETACHED AS YOU TRY TO RECALL UNWANTED
THOUGHTS AND PENT UP EMOTIONS. ALL FEARS, HURTS, INSECURITIES OR WHATEVER
YOU HAVE GONETHROUGH OVER THE PREVIOUS WEEK/DAYS.
PROJECT ALL THESE GRADUALLY AND SLOWLY ON THE SCREEN.
VISUALISE AND ELECTRIC VILOET DUSTER IN YOUR RIGHT HAND AND THE THREE FINGERS
OF THE LEFT HAND TOUCHING THE AJNA CHAKRA WIPE ALL THAT YOU PROJECTED ON THE
SCREEN WITH THE EV LIGHT DUSTER ON YOUR RIGHT HAND.
SCAN AND MAKE SURE THAT THE SCREEN IS COMPLETELY ERASED.
NOW VISUALISE WHAT IS THE CORRECTIVE ACTION/ THOUGHTS /WORDS EMOTIONS YOU
MUST HAVE TAKEN SO THAT IT DOES NOT HARM/ INJURE ANYONEOR YOURSELF.
REPEATEDLY HOLD THESE ACTIONS / THOUGHT / EMOTIONS SEVERAL TIMES TILL THE
OLD ACTIONS/ THOUGHTS / EMOTIONS ARE COMPLETELY WIPED OUT AND THE NEW
GOOD CORRECTIVE ACTION / THOUGHTS / EMOTIONS ARE REGISTERED IN MIND.

Forgiveness prayer◀️
1. First Forgive - Then ask for forgiveness - do both 7 times each. This way you neutralise all the hatred and negativity between the two of you. You can completely let go of the person.
2. You have to choose and imagine one person in front of you, not more than one.
3. The hatred wasn’t built in one day, so it takes time to forgive, minimum 7 days. Now for a small irritation or annoyance -7 days maybe enough if this be the case then pick 4 different people and do it for 4 weeks, 7 days -7 times each.
4. If the hatred is of a long time ( business partners etc) or for a intimate relation, like your spouse or parents, children, in laws etc. it won’t go away in 7 days. So choose one person alone and do it for 30 days. It just takes 5 minutes.
5. Don’t think about this person whole day - similar to cutting any connection with him or her in the energy world. When you finish the practise- say I Let go or I release you.
How to forgive?
Visualize the person in front of you and silently say
"You are forgiven.
God's blessings and peace be with me and with you."
Repeat 7x for 7days
