Transcript Excerpts
You're a being of divine intelligence, divine love, and divine power. You are made in God's image. You have will, love, and intelligence. The virtues and the weaknesses are connected with these three qualities.
Loving-Kindness and Non-Injury - start with your thoughts and emotions. The thoughts and emotions are the seeds. What you sow, you harvest. If your thoughts and emotions are wholesome, what comes out of your mouth and what comes out of your actions will be loving-kindness and wholesome.
You have to avoid wickedness, maliciousness, anger, hatred, unnecessary violence. Watch what you think; watch what you say because those are the seeds. The fruits are your speech and action. The guideline is: goodness begets goodness; wickedness begets wickedness.
The virtue of generosity and non-stealing is connected with loving-kindness and non-injury. When one has loving-kindness, one tends to give - physically (tithing, generosity), emotionally (warmth, support), mentally and spiritually. Non-stealing includes material, affection, credit, and merits of others. Respect intellectual property too.
On all levels, the virtue of generosity and non-stealing is the secret of abundance. When you give, it's like planting seeds; it returns many times. If you want to be loved, you have to give love. You cannot harvest what you did not plant.
You are a being of divine intelligence. It manifests as honesty and non‑lying - honesty to others, self-honesty, non-lying to yourself, humility, non-pride. To become a genius, practice honesty with others and with yourself.
Of all the weaknesses, pride is the most serious one because it disconnects you from the Teacher. Once disconnected, there is no hope. Pride, self-delusion, self-dishonesty are defense mechanisms for poor self-image. In inner purification, you must recall your good deeds and also acknowledge your weaknesses objectively - honesty about self is vital.
Constancy of aim and effort, non-laziness: focus on what accelerates your spiritual development, your career, your financial condition, and improves your relationships and social life. Laziness and lack of one‑pointedness hamper spiritual development.
Moderation and non-excessiveness: avoid being enslaved by desire. Desires are not wrong, but being enslaved by them is harmful. Develop internal power. Life's crises are opportunities to develop virtues and balance them. If virtues are unbalanced in development, downfall may follow.
If you want real power, it comes from within - via character building and virtue. Even starting from the bottom, one can become rich because one has inner power and resources. Real power is within. You must systematically eradicate weaknesses over the coming years; without self-purification there is no progress.
Invoke the blessings of God, the Great Ones, Lord Mahaguruji Mei Ling, and others to help remove weaknesses. Practice inner reflection every day. Without reflection there is no awareness; without awareness, no purification; without purification, no transformation.
Every morning, meditate 5–10 minutes on the prior day's actions. Make corrections. Follow the instructions precisely for three years and your progress is guaranteed; otherwise, you will fail.
The guru interacts not only physically but in the inner world. The teacher gives not just teachings but spiritual food, spiritual love. Who am I? I am the spiritual Teacher behind or beyond the physical. The one physical Sat Guru for Arhatic Yoga is MCKS; senior disciples teaching Arhatic Yoga are instructors.

Twin Heart Meditation - The Power of Spiritual Connection
Let's learn about Twin Heart Meditation from Master Choa Kok Sui.
Before you begin, form a clear intention: "My aura will be cleaned, my chakras will be cleaned." This amplifies the cleansing effect.
Just as copper wire must be pure to carry electricity, so too must your aura, chakras, and mind be clean to carry spiritual energy. A wholesome mind leads to a purified aura.
Regular practice of Twin Heart Meditation helps build this purity. Would you like to know more about its power?
A person is like an inverted tree. The spiritual root - the Sutra Atma or divine thread - connects you to the Higher Soul. With most people, this cord is small. Through Twin Heart Meditation, it grows.
Your spiritual cord becomes thicker. Your power line becomes BIG - allowing more energy to flow through your system. Just like thicker wires carry more current, a thicker spiritual cord carries more divine energy.
Some spiritual teachers have cords so thick, they appear as pillars of light. Sometimes only their feet can be seen - the rest is radiant spiritual energy.
Twin Heart Meditation brings purification and power. When you're purified, more spiritual force flows through you. Say before meditation:
"I hereby decree that my aura, my chakras will be clean and I am made pure. I hereby decree that my incarnated soul will be purified by the descent of spiritual energy."
Doing this consciously multiplies the effect several times. Do not underestimate the value of Twin Hearts. Its simplicity is its power.
Ask yourself - what other meditation produces a pillar of light in weeks or months of regular practice?
Your spiritual root, your power cord, grows. You become a channel of light. When you bless the Earth selflessly, your spiritual connection expands even more.
The size of the power line depends on the purpose - small wires for a house, huge ones to power a city. When you bless the Earth, you become a power source for divine energy.
So, practice Twin Hearts. Regularly. With intention. With love. Your aura, your chakras, and your soul will be transformed.
